Ray Areaux presented “IP Assets Under Trust With Financial Institutions” to the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and Examiners at their annual meeting in New Orleans. The presentation assisted bank examiners in probing the relevant questions when examining a bank’s trust department who administer Intellectual Property and other intangible assets.
